Off day today as far as running is concerned, for the most part. Been starting to do this crossfit class for strength and such, so I had a crossfit class today. Started off with a couple sets of weighted lunges, weighted turkish situps, and side planks. Then 2 sets 5 minutes continous 3xweighted burpees, 5xplanked dumbell lifts per side, 7xweighted thrusters. Definitely hurt on that last bit. Easy 1.7 mile run following this. then another 4.00 later that night.
