Pretty good day today. Went a little easier than would have liked. Mile warmup, 6 mile easy- easymoderate run at about 6:44 average. Legs a little sore and muscles still achey. Another super easy 4.00 in the PM.

Pretty solid day. Pretty easy morning work out of 1200,800,600,400,200. Definitely felt that built up soreness from the past few days in the hips. Happy with how I ran it, would have liked to do a little more. 4.00 mile evening run later on.

Off day today as far as running is concerned, for the most part. Been starting to do this crossfit class for strength and such, so I had a crossfit class today. Started off with a couple sets of weighted lunges, weighted turkish situps, and side planks. Then 2 sets 5 minutes continous 3xweighted burpees, 5xplanked dumbell lifts per side, 7xweighted thrusters. Definitely hurt on that last bit. Easy 1.7 mile run following this. then another 4.00 later that night.

First entry to my fastrunningblog. Recommended to me by ma boi Jack Bluth.

Today was a pretty stellar day of training. Ended up so so so tired by the end of the day.

Morning strength session before school. Included a good mixture of some lighter weights with a little plyo. Definitely one of the harder strength sessions I've had in a while. In the afternoon, we got a good workout in on the Milton Cross Country trail for an upcoming race there this weekend. Got a good moderate loop then little slower then tempo loop to test out the trail. The headed over to do a few hill-and-over repeats from uphill to downhill. Workout itself wasnt too bad but after that morning and previous training days I was absolutely busted.
