Today was a pretty stellar day of training. Ended up so so so tired by the end of the day.
Morning strength session before school. Included a good mixture of some lighter weights with a little plyo. Definitely one of the harder strength sessions I've had in a while. In the afternoon, we got a good workout in on the Milton Cross Country trail for an upcoming race there this weekend. Got a good moderate loop then little slower then tempo loop to test out the trail. The headed over to do a few hill-and-over repeats from uphill to downhill. Workout itself wasnt too bad but after that morning and previous training days I was absolutely busted.
